Last week, our CEO participated in Asia's largest computer exhibition, COMPUTEX, and its startup-focused counterpart, InnoVEX, held in Taipei, Taiwan, as part of a delegation organized by the Yokohama Industrial Development Corporation (IDEC). This visit provided an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest advancements in computer technology and innovation while exploring business opportunities with Taiwanese companies.
Highlights of COMPUTEX and InnoVEX
COMPUTEX is a massive event where companies from around the world showcase their latest technologies and products. The scale and diversity of the exhibits were overwhelming. Notably, there were numerous displays related to cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, 5G, and blockchain, allowing us to grasp upcoming technology trends firsthand.
InnoVEX focuses on startups, bringing together innovators from all over the world to introduce their groundbreaking products and services. It was incredibly inspiring to encounter so many new ideas and technologies.
Networking with Local Companies
As part of our visit, we attended a networking event with representatives from major local companies. This provided a valuable opportunity to learn directly about Taiwan’s business environment and practices. Additionally, exchanging experiences and knowledge with fellow participants from Yokohama enhanced the overall experience. The insights gained from these interactions were invaluable.
Exploring Business Opportunities
One of the primary objectives of this visit was to explore the potential for outsourcing software development to Taiwanese companies. Taiwan’s high level of technical expertise and well-established business environment make it an attractive market. Through networking and gathering information at the exhibitions, we identified several promising partnership opportunities. We are excited about the possibilities these partnerships could bring.
Conclusion
Participating in COMPUTEX and InnoVEX was an extremely valuable experience for atWare Vietnam. Not only did we gain insights into the latest technology trends, but we also explored potential business opportunities with Taiwanese companies, taking a significant step towards future expansion. We aim to enhance our presence in the Taiwanese market based on this experience.
We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who participated in the visit and to IDEC for organizing it. We will continue to pursue the latest technologies and business opportunities in the future.
